Is Rypetoppen Climbing Park family-friendly for children and beginners?
Rypetoppen is very family-friendly and offers climbing experiences for all ages and skill levels. We have five different difficulty levels on our routes, ranging from the easiest yellow routes—designed for our youngest adventurers—to our most challenging black route, which puts even experienced climbers to the test.

Can you buy food and eat at Rypetoppen Climbing Park?
At Rypetoppen, you can buy hot food such as hot dogs, pizza, or our popular hamburger made with locally sourced meat from Meråker Kjøtt. We also have plenty of barbecue areas for those who wish to bring their own food.
At Gamma, you'll also find bars, drinks, ice cream, and other snacks—perfect for a quick break between activities.
Do you offer school trip packages and discounts for school groups?
We offer a variety of packages for school groups. School groups can take advantage of affordable lodging in our cabins as well as discounted admission to the climbing park.

Where is Rypetoppen Climbing Park located in Norway?
We are located about an hour’s drive from Trondheim Airport and 1.5 hours from Trondheim, near Meråker just before the Swedish border. Nestled in the heart of the Norwegian boreal forest and surrounded by beautiful mountains, Rypetoppen offers a unique nature experience far removed from the stresses of everyday life.
